The Southampton senior management team has on the average 25 years + (over 400 years+ aggregate) of experience in the development of large-scale industrial and housing projects including warehouses, commercial, hotels, institutional, airports, and residential housing.  Additionally, management has developed and operated large-scale shipyards building vessels up to 700 feet in length for the US Navy, Foreign Allied Navies, and commercial use. The Chairman of Southampton was the world’s largest builder of superyachts.
