Central Florida Planned Housing Communities

Southampton has identified and plans to initially develop a project on the Northwest side of the City of Ocala, Florida. The project is strategically located in a rapid economic development area 2 miles from the Interstate I-75 intersection.  The project occupies a portion of the former 477- acre Pine Oaks Municipal Golf Course and the initial project identified will include 2 adjacent apartment sites, 40-acre and 23-acre parcels designated for 750 and 500 multifamily residential units.

Large Scale Housing Communities

Southampton’s affiliated company (TECHNE Properties) operated by the same management team has designed and developed strategies for the implementation of 3 sustainable city projects in Saudi Arabia in cooperation with the Saudi Ministry of Housing. These projects range from 25,000 to 60,000 homes for moderate-price housing. One project of townhomes in the City of Taif is achieving production levels of 1,500 homes per year.

Florida Legacy

Southampton Development Company was formed in 1984 to operate in Southeast Florida primarily in the Palm Beach and Martin County Markets.

The Company’s original focus was the development of luxury single-family waterfront homes ranging from 7,000 to 12,000 sq. feet. During an 8 year period, Southampton successfully designed, developed, and sold 15 luxury homes. Two of these waterfront homes in Palm Beach recently sold in excess of $14 million. An additional Southampton Development property in Seminole Landing, North Palm Beach is for sale for $40 million.
