Southampton’s affiliated company (TECHNE Properties) operated by the same management team has designed and developed strategies for the implementation of 2 sustainable city projects in Saudi Arabia in cooperation with Saudi Ministry of Housing. These projects range from 25,000 to 60,000 homes for moderate-price housing. One project of townhomes in the City of Taif is achieving production levels of 1,500 homes per year.
