The Project consists of the construction of a new multi-unit residential rental apartment building in Ocala, Florida accessed off of a new proposed spine road. The program includes a total of 250 dwelling units of 8 unit types (1, 2 & 3 bedrooms) with balconies.
The dwelling units are in 5 stories high residential building classified as Type III(a) construction and is fully sprinkled. The ground level contains back-of-house spaces and resident amenities. 457 parking spaces, as well as trash enclosure and bicycle racks, are provided. All levels, including the 4 residential levels above are built of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The dwelling units are distributed among 1 residential building type.
The Project program includes as resident amenities a Clubroom, Guest Cafe, Working spaces, Mail Room, Fitness Center, and Pool with outdoor amenities.
